Roger Keith Bloemers aka Keith and Keith63 is a pedophile from Wausau, WI, who has frequented the CBLF “Christian Boylovers” forum and the child pornography trading group alt.fan.prettyboy.
In his posts to the CBLF board, Roger Bloemers describes himself as “I am a Christian, a parent, a grandfather, a music teacher, a photographer, a mentor and a boylover [pedophile]…”. He also has posted to photography-related forums and various Usenet groups; describing himself as a photographer and “movie maker”.
According to his own statements, Bloemers has repeatedly involved himself with young boys through multiple means of access such as teaching music, “mentoring” young boys from church youth groups, volunteer work with orphans from Romania, and through the Big Brothers organization. Bloemers frequently bragged to the other pedophiles on CBLF about his involvements with at least five different boys, whose respective ages were 8 to 14 years old at the time.
This is frightening because while he was holding positions of trust and authority over young children, Bloemers was also frequenting the Usenet child pornography trading group alt.fan.prettyboy. Using the alias “Keith Rogers”, he posted messages requesting to see pictures of certain boys, and asking the child pornographers for advice on how to take his own pictures of boys and then post his pictures to the group.
Bloemers certainly did have both the camera equipment and the access to young boys, but it is unknown at this time whether he actually did take any child pornography photographs and if so, what screen names he may have posted the pictures under. He may have photographed at least one of the boys he was “mentoring”, as he offered to send the boy’s picture to another poster on CBLF; however, it is unknown what type of picture(s) this was. In any case, there is still no question that Roger Bloemers is a pedophile, and he should not be working or volunteering in any position that allows him access to young boys.

Keith aka Keith63 posted on CBLF forum from email addresses regork1@yahoo.com and regork@yahoo.com.
His posts stated that he was approx. age 63 in 2000; married with three children; and that his interests included music, teaching, trumpet playing, photography, volunteer work for church groups and the Big Brothers organization
Google search of his email addresses returned Usenet posts and social networking profiles that indicated his name was Roger Keith Bloemer and location was in Wausau, WI
Public records confirmed his name and location; age matched the age given by CBLF poster “Keith”
Roger Bloemers’ profiles on Myspace, Youtube, Tangle and dvinfo stated that he was a photographer, retired music teacher, trumpet player, father of three and involved with church groups – these details also all matched Keith’s posts to CBLF
