Philia is a pro-pedophile website, designed to provide support for christian pedophiles. It was created by Heather Elizabeth Peterson, AKA Dusk Peterson, in 1998. Her writings, as well as the writings of self-professed pedophiles, such as Bach are stored on Philia.

The purpose of the Philia sites is to provide information on the ways in which minor-attracted adults approach their faith lives and the ways in which faith communities and secular society are attempting to support and guide minor-attracted adults. Philia News publishes and links to news articles and Unconditional Love publishes and links to opinion items and information items. Invitation to the Table and Sex Offender Recovery Links direct visitors to further resources. Daring Dialogue, Prevent Violence Against Pedophiles and The Christian Consultation on Adult Attraction to Minors offer opportunities for outsiders to learn more about modern minor-attracted adults. Pais examines the historical roots of adult attraction to minors.
