"Jose Carlos Garcia, 22, of 1419 Muirfield was arrested while meeting undercover FBI agents from the Innocent Images Task Force at a Skokie hotel, where investigators recovered additional child pornographic images."

Ped0sapien AKA Jose Carlos Garcia AKA Mr. Shadow is a 22 year old who has been on the pedophile chat boards since he was 13 years old. At this point, it is not known what his involvement with the boards was when he was so young. He was formally known as Mr. Shadow, but decided to change his name. He is a boylover, whose AOA is all ages. It is unknown what he does for a living, but he has expressed a desire to be a teacher. When he was 16 years old, he would put his cousins on his webcam for the pedophile board members to view. He has even met with the creator of Boylove.net, Steven Jones in the summer of 2005, which means he was under 18 when he went to meet a pedophile.

He is the "Pal Moderator" at Boylove.net and mods the spanish section of BLISS.
